We accept dental insurance & direct bill for your convenience!

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash, debit, or credit card. We accept dental insurance and can direct bill for your convenience, provided it’s eligible with your insurance provider. For the few companies that do not accept EDI we can send claims manually or provide you with the paperwork to submit. If you have two dental plans, we can submit these together to cover the entirety of your dental treatment.

Please provide your insurance information prior to your appointment.

Note: The total cost of treatment will vary dependent on a client-specific basis, we respect your informed decision in choosing to decline any recommended treatments during your treatment planning appointment.

Insurance Billing

We recommend you contact your insurance provider to find out what your dental plan covers. Any amounts not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility. We can assist with estimates & pre-approvals upon request so there are no surprises at your visit. Many insurance companies now have an app to check your coverage, if you download the app we can assist you with this at your appointment.

We will work with you to make sure you are making the most out of your dental plan!

Things to ask are:

• How many scaling  units do I have?

• When does my plan reset, is it per calendar  year or per rolling months?

• What's the frequency of polishing and fluoride?

• What percentage am I covered?

• Do I have a yearly deductible?
